September 1 - OMM releases the first Edition Bruckner release “THE ESSENTIAL BRUCKNER". New recordings of three Bruckner symphonies (Nos.2,3, and 7) recorded live at St. Florian where Bruckner worhsipped and where he was interred. Conducted by Dennis Russell Davies, the music director of the Bruckner Orchester Linz.
September 16 - Dennis Russell Davies conducts the Transylvania Philharmonic in a performance of Elliot Goldenthal’s Symphony in G# Minor as part of the Enescu Festival
September 22 - World Premiere of Glass Piano Concerto No.3 with pianist Simone Dinnerstein and A Far Cry at Boston’s Jordan Hall.
September 22 - As Part of Salem Classical and Salem Horror Fest, Opera on Tap brings “The Parksville Murders” a Virtual Reality opera by Kamala Sankaram to Salem.
Sept 25-27 - Glass’ Piano Concerto No.3 recording for OMM at Worcester’s Mechanic’s Hall (where Glass’ Symphony No.8 was recorded)
Oct. 1-2 - World Premiere of Elliot Goldenthal’s Trumpet Concerto at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center with the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia under Dirk Brossé

February 18 - Boston Modern Orchestra Project performs an all-Glass program of SYMPHONY No.2 and the Tirol Concerto for Piano and Orchestra, Anton Batagov, piano. I will be giving the pre-concert talk which starts at 7pm at Jordan Hall in Boston.
